The story of our funeral directors began when a local man called Ted Crouch used to let families use the chapel behind his hardware shop. This was to be the first step of his journey towards becoming one of the most valued and respected funeral directors in Hertfordshire. Ted Crouch's values are still the foundation on which we work to this day. The families that we look after are at the heart of all with do and are our absolute priority, no matter what.

Our compassion and professionalism are not just prominent in the way we look after people, but also in our funeral homes and facilities. Some of our funeral homes have had extensive refurbishments to offer a comforting atmosphere for our families to visit, and we have a beautiful Mercedes fleet which we maintain to impeccable standards.
